I will be going to Shanghai end of Jan 2011 due to business trip. Thought of having tour at Shanghai with my husband for 3 to 4 days. I heard that the weather there will be very cold. What's your advice? Shall we plan tour trip or not? I'm afraid it's a waste of money if we can't travel much during the winter time.
