Hello, I'm planning to visit Harbin in next two weeks and I would like to check for where I can buy Boot with fur or down inside in harbin. Any idea how much for the boot for men and women overthere?Many thanks,Pae

Hi, Ms Pae. It is winter in Harbin now and winter clothing is popular in almost all the clothing shops. You can easily find fur boot and down jacket in the shopping mall in Harbin at that time. The price ranges much according to its quality.
