You can take Bus 46 from Tianhe passenger transport station through 9 stops to White Cloud Mountain cableway tation, and then change to bus 127(7 stops),223(8 stops),891(8 stops)、express line 16(3 stops)、university town line 1(7 stops) to foreign laguage college, and then walk for about 220 m to the west Gate of White Cloud Mountain.

I think you mena Yide Lu actually, You may take Guangzhou subway Line 1 from Tiyu xilu through 5 stops to Gongyuanqian, adn transfer to Subway Line 2 to haizhu Square, Exit from B2, adn then walk to Yide Road. A little bid complicated, right? The simplest way is taking a taxi which costs less than CNY30.
