Hi, i'm going to Harbin with my girlfriend from 29th of December till 3th of January... are there any recommendations to celebrate the new year? is there an ice restaurant at the festival or some other special places to celebrate the new years eve? will there be fireworks in or around the festival? There is a New Year's Concert at Harbin Concert Hall on 31 Dec., and you may also go to visit the First Volga Cross-Country Skiing Festival at Volga Villa. There are possibly fireworks on the New Year Eve.
