You mean Fu'an city under Ningde City of Fujian? It is located in the northeastern part of Fujian, having 3 streets in the city and 11 towns in the suburban areas. The average temperature per year is 19.3C, warm and humid for most time of the year. The baishi port of it is well-known as 'golden waterway', from where you can go to Guangzhou, Fuzhou, shanghai, Wenzhou, ningbo, Qingdao, Etc.
