About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I want to visit China on 25 January 11 and I do not have a VISA yet. I have an American Passport and I want to visit Urumqi China where my potential wife is,

Can I get me a VISA throught the Chinese Consulate in Dubai? How many days will it take?

You can submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Dubai. It normally takes 4 working days to process the visa application.
