About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

hello...i would like to inquire if foreigners are allowed to buy property in china? and if so..does the resident permit we were holding right now would be different? if permanent resident visa really impossible to acquire of there is any?

Yes, foreigners are allowed to buy houses in China. but the residence permit is not too much different from what you currently hold. You need to renew it every year. Permanent resident visa, as I know, no one has been granted with it yet.
