Philippines passport holders are exempted from visa process for HK travel, but you do need to apply for a tourist visa to China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) in advance through Chinese embassy or consulate where you reside in Philippines. The requirements for tourist visa can be found by clicking links on both left top and in the table. For your 5 days trip, I highly recommend tour to Beijing(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm) for you as a reference.
