About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi there,

I have a resident permit which expires in July 2011 - my present employer has organised this for me. However I am considering quitting my job to study fulltime in February. Can you advise me what to do with the permit? How do I transfer it from the employer to the institution? Many thanks, Lucy

You are required to apply for a new F business visa out of China, from HK if you do not want to back to UK.
