About:Changchun Transportation

Hi Mr Lee , I'm arriving Changsha on about 4 feb 2011. Can you advise the weather over there and what clothes to wear.tks again !

It is cold during that time since the temperature will be about 1~8C. You need to wear warm winter clothes like down jacket and boots.
