I thing you mean 'bu xing jie' (pedestrain street) actually, where is the business center of Changsha. There are many Changsha hotels near, ranging from 5-star hotels like Mingcheng International Hotel and Changsha Phoenix Hotel to 5-star hotels and inns like Sanliang Hotel and Huatian Inn.
