hi i plan to visit taiwan from 14 Jan to 19 jan is this the coolest month in taiwan: )I wish to have the coolest weather in taiwan and is there a possibility area which i can see snow please advice. thanks : )

You are right, it may be the coldest time in Taiwan then, and you may enjoy the snow on the Jade Mountain, Hehuan Mountain or Taipingshan.
