How can we fight with the people who are usually bigger than us? How can we remove the feeling of afraid? What is Wushu kung fu of Nepal?

I believe there are many people in Nepal practice Wushu. When you flight with people who are bigger, you should be flexible and clever enough. Skills are more important, not strength. If you do not have the confidence and be afraid, avoid conflict.
