Hubei is not a city. In China, province is just a subdivision of a territorial or political area, which is just a geographical concept. There are airport in Hubei like Wuhan Tianhe International Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hubei/wuhan/airport.htm) and Yichang Sanxia Airport.0
