hi i am from Pakistan. i live near  the border area between china and Pakistan .i can go to the first city of china by a pass its very near but i want to go there for study  can i apply ? and how?

You should apply for a university till they accept your application and send you a notice to admission. Then you can handle the visa for study. I believe the pass you can get does not allow your long-term study in China?!
