About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hello, my girlfriend traveled from Vietnam to meet me in Shanghai. I left back to Canada; however, she stayed a few days extra and lost her Vietnamese passport while shopping. What can she do to return on her scheduled flight December 27th?

She has to report the loss to local police station and get a lost Report, then take the Lost Report to Canadian Consulate in Shanghai to apply for a Canadian Travel Document. But I'm afraid that she can't board her scheduled flight on 27th December. The consulate is open on 27th Dec, she can't get the travel document on the same day.

My apologies, she wishes to travel back to her home in Vietnam on the 27th.

She has reported her passport lost, and has received a confirmation document from the embassy. What can she do so that she can board her flight back home to vietnam?

thank you so much for your reply.

Don't worry, with this confirmation document from the embassy, and pay fine for overstay to the local PSB, she will be given a new visa to back to vietnam.

Refer to earlier request regarding booking reference. The corrected booking reference "SLJT80". Please advice for the confirmation of the flight.
