About:Chinese Holidays

I plan to go to China in 2011 but have not yet decided the best time to do so. I can't go on the Spring festival due to schedule and visa conflicts. What other holidays can I celebrate? I plan to stay in Guangzhou. Thank you!

I am currently living in Guangzhou and the best time to visit is either March or May or in November. These months have the most comfortable weather and the tourism is at a low, so it wont be too crowded.
