Dear sir ,please , I want to ask about visa application , I am Iraqi student resides in Iran  got an admission to Huazhong university of science and technology in Wuhan and I will receive  my admission papers by express Mail   in 26/12/2010 , Does the china embassy in Tehran give me student visa according to my admission papers ?THANKSHASAN KH.
