About:Taiwan Weather

I'll be going to Taiwan this coming Jan4th till Jan 10th of 2010. How would the temperatures be like? Is it necessary for a wiindbreaker? or a thick jacket would do just fine?

The lowest temperature is 12C, and the highest is 18C, I think you should wear windernbreaker.
