Hello, I like to go there but when is the best time to enjoy the snow how about end of this month...like to bring my kid....TQ

I think the best time is during the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/heilongjiang/harbin/ice_snow.htm), and the end of this month is just the time. I'm sure you and your kid will have a good time.
