About:Changsha Railway Station

The size of my hard case luggage is pretty big(size: 32" x 25"). Could anyone advise if it is ok to be brought up to bus E21.

It is not so strict with the luggage regular on the bus .If you can carry it on the bus, it is OK. If the driver said it is over sized or something, you will just be asked to pay extra charges for it.
