About:China Visa on Arrival

Our family is going to visit Hainan for 5 days, We are holder of Malaysia passport but we are travelling on our own with the accomodation and have book a tour guide to bring us around. According to the webste No 6 ( Exemeption for visting Hainan) Do we still need a vise. Please advise

yes, you still need a visa because you don't join a tour organized by a China Tour Agency(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/) which registered in Hainan Province
