When will be a good time to visit taiwan? Planning to go near end-Apr, Do i still need to pack clothes for cold weather?

April is a nice time to visit Taiwan with beautiful cenery and pleasant weather condition. The temperature may be about 17~25C. It is not cold and you have no need to pack warm clothes. Summer clothes are OK in end April.
