About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I have a baby and I am currently working here in China with his father. My visa is expering soon can I apply for a visa the same as my baby?

The thing is that, I and my baby's father are not married. Is it possible to apply for a working visa with my baby's visa?

It is impossible for you to obtain a work visa with your baby's visa because you don't have marriage registration.

If your husband works in China and hold China Residence Permit, you can apply for Dependent Visa. If your husband is a Chinese citizen, you can apply for 1 year Residence Permit for family visit.
