About:Harbin Attractions

Hi - I will be in Harbin from March 23-25 . Will I be able to see the Ice Sculptures or snow festival?

I'm afraid you are not able to see it, since the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/heilongjiang/harbin/ice_snow.htm) will end in mid February.

would be possible--that depends on the temperature--if march is still cold as February--they would extend the ice sculpture show.
