hi i am a filipino citizen working here in singapore as a domestic helper. i plan to go china to visit my cousin before i go back phlippines. i need to know what visas do i need to apply?

You need to apply for Tourist Visa to China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) for family visit. The relationship certificate between you and your cousin is required.
