We are arriving thru Cebupacific Flights that arrives shanghai pudong airport at 12 midnight, is there any public transport such as shuttle bus ,on top of the taxi that will take us to the downtown hotel

The last shuttle bus starts at 23:00, but normally it will not depart until the last flight arrive at the airport. Or maybe you can try to take a taxi if it is available when you arrive.
