Hi - I will be in Harbin from 30 December to 2 January. Will I be able to see the Ice Sculptures?

yes, you have the chance to enjoy the ice sculptures, since the 2010-2011 Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival will last until mid Feb., 2011.0
