About:China Postal Service

Good day,
I ordered 4 pieces of hair attachments from China on 6th of December, 2010 through China post (EMS)with the tracking number EE532512058CN and the status says it has been despatched from Guangzhou China on 14th of December, but till date it has not gotten to me in Malaysia and i cant seem to get through to the customer service hotline. I have notified the sender but she says she cant do anything much, i feel the parcel might have been lost.
What should i do am very bothered because it has been over 3weeks and i still haven't received the attachments.

I think you should try your best to get through China Post to enquire your parcel directly, the service hoteline is 11185; if still can't get through, try to add 86 before 11185.
