I would just like to check if the embassy is open on dec. 31 and jan. 3, 2011?  Also how long does it take to authenticate nbi clearance?  Thanks.

The embassy is closed on Dec 31, Jan 1, Jan 2, it is open on Jan 3. It takes 4 working days for authentication of NBI clearance
