i have two desorative birds..

I have two desorative birds..they are pure white,no shine at all,heavy and the texture is rough almost gritty or sandy..do you know what material they might be?

It's hard to say what they are actually made from without actual touching and checking. You may take them to a pottery shop or an antique shops to have an identification.
