About:Changchun Transportation

Hi. I'm trying to send a camera to a friend and she gave me this address.
No. 456, 15th Floor, Room 1505, 51st Avenue, Furong District, Changsha, Hunan, China 410000
Is this all in the right order and can I mail the camera to her? Is it a prohibited Item to send? Thanks for your help.

It may be write as Room 1505, 15th Floor, No.456, 51st Avenue, Furong District, Changsha, Hunan, China 410000.
I think you can also write down the Chinese name of it when post the camera. The Chinese name is as this:
地址：中国湖南省长沙市芙蓉区第51大道456号15楼1505室
邮编：410000
