The Hong kong visa application form(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hk-new.pdf) is different from the one for mainland China. You can print it out first and complete it afterward.0

Still, you need to apply for a visa to HK in advance from Chinese embassy in Pakistan, or may apply directly from Hong Kong Immigration Department.0
