About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi,

I am an Indian Citizen. I am going to Bangkok for some business. I might have to go to China after that, but I am not sure yet. Can I get a visa to China from Bangkok in case I have to go? or do I have to get a visa from India only?

The fact is that Chinese embassy in Bangkok may not accept visa applications from temporary visitors. If you want to secure a visit to China, you are required to apply from India. And in general, Chinese visa is valid for 3 months, so, it is ok if you prepare it beforehand.
