About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

I want to start my business and intend to travel to China, please advise on how to go about the Visa. I have been shopping online and the products I intend to buy are in different places. Please inform me how much is need for the Visa and any other documents that will necessitate my Visa approval.

Single Entry valid for 3 months Kshs.4,000. Normally it takes 5 working days to process your visa application. We also provide express processing services for those who need to travel urgently, with the payment of extra 2,500 kshs for express within 2 working days and 1,500 for express within 4 working days. The requirements are as follows:
1. valid passport & 2 passport-sized photos;
2. Application form completely filled;
3. air ticket booking and hotel booking;
4. covering letter from employer or business registration/certificate of incorporation;
5. visa authorization form or official invitation letter from Chinese inviter with signature and stamp;
6. bank statement for last 3 months;
7. Copy of your Reentry pass or resident permit if you are not a Kenya national;
8. other document if visa officers deem necessary.
