There is bus from the airport to Gongbei, Zhuhai. It runs from  08:40 to 22:30 on an interval of about 20-50 minutes. It costs about CNY80. Thus, you can find a hotel around the airport, thus as Guang Sha Hotel, Guangzhou which is at the intersection of Konggang 3rd Road, Konggang 4th Road and Heng 1st Road, Guangzhou Baiyun New Int'l Airport. You can also check the list of Cheap Guangzhou Hotels to find a favorable one.
