About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I was accpeted to do MDDS in one of the colleges here
in China and I came but i arrived late and the classes already started so
I put in my School Resignition Letter and got a
year suspension from school.
I already have my X vissa. Can I move to another school
or do I have to go back to my country to apply for a new vissa again?

You can move to another school, but the new school which enroll you needs to settle down all the things about China visa. However, it is advisable to go back to your country to apply for a new X visa to stay in the next year, even though you find a school which accepts, you already miss many classes.

Thanks so much for your reply but what i mean twas this other
school thhat accepted me starts in March
so is it possible i just move over to that school or
do I have to go back to my country to get another vissa again?

yes, if you are enrolled by another school, then you need to apply for new visa based on new documents in your home country. And your currently student visa will expire soon if you do not to change it into a residence permit within 30 days after entry.
