I'm planing to visit Guangxi this end of month which my route will be traveling around Zhaoqing, Guilin, Yangshuo, Hezhou and Guangzhou. on New Year Eve I will be staying at Hezhou and wondering how the locals will celebrates the New Year 2011 party and where they usually gathering together.

Actually, seldom celebrations will be held on New Year Eve, especially in such kind of small cities.
