I wanted to goto taiwan on Chinese New Year in 2011.
Is the weather cold?

The weather of this year is changeful and a little bit colder. Currently, the average temperature is only 15C, almost the same during CNY. So, you'd better wear a thin sweater and jacket. Don't forget to check the weather forecast before leaving.
