About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Thanks Ms. Elliott for your reply to my question posted on 16Dec10.
However my issue is bit different. I have entered China with Z-Visa and completed all formalities and obtained Resident permit. However the visa office has given me date of stay till 8th Feb 2011. Since its time of Chinese NewYear I wanted to know can I apply for extension before leaving for my country on 20Jan2011. Ill be back in China on 20th Feb 2011 and my that time my visa will get over and hence I need some options as to what can be done.

You can apply for extension of your Residence Permit before 20 Jan 2011 if you can provide all requirements as same as you apply for work visa, your employer needs to help you to provide the documents, such as work permit, visa notification form, to prove that you still need to work in China in 2011.
