About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Hi,

I want to send, by mail, a document (police record check)to the chinese embassy in Canberra for authentication. It has already been chopped by DFAT. On checking the requirements on the embassy website it says I should send doc's, fees, etc & also documents regarding property holdings & company registrations? I want to clarify exactly which documents to send as I have very limited time.

Documents regarding property holdings & company registrations are not required for Authentication of Police Record Check.

You just need to provide the below documents:
a. A completed "Application Form for Notarization or Authentication";
b. Copy of your valid passport's data page;
c. Police Record Check chopped by DFAT and its photocopy
