About:Harbin Ice Festival

I would like to know that how long for Ice and snow festival in Harbin , I plan to go there around 1-10 Feb, still have or not?

And which is hotel recommended to stay, not too cheap and too high..

The festival will be still going on. For the hotels, how about Power Hotel, Harbin or Harbin Post hotel? You may choose your favorite one from Harbin Hotels.
