Kitchen items can be bought cheap from Yiwu International Trade City(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/zhejiang/yiwu/international-trade-city.htm).For electrical items, you may go to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and for fancy items, shanghai and guangzhou would be appropriate.
