where is the best place to shopping clothes, handbags and cosmetic in china?

I think the best place to shop clothes and handbags should be Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Yiwu(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/zhejiang/yiwu/).
For cosmetics, I think you should go to Shanghai.

I think HK is a good place. Causeway Bay has many boutique stores. You may go there to find what you want.
