i came back china last week ,, i divorsed in canada ontario 3 months before. i got the divorse paper from court but i didnt stemped from china embassy , i have canadian resident card but not nationality holder . shuold i preper a lawyer or i should send divorse paper to my friend ? can he attest from china embassy?
