i came back china last week ,, i divorsed in canada ontario 3 months before. i  got  the divorse paper from court  but i didnt stemped from china embassy , i have  canadian resident card but not  nationality holder . shuold i preper a lawyer or i should send divorse paper to my friend ? can he attest from china embassy?

yes, you can send your Divorse Paper to your friend and ask her to apply for authentication of Divorse Paper from China consulate in Toronto.
