About:Marriage Registration in China

I am separated with my husband in the philippines for 7 years. And now I had a chinese bf here and wanted to marry me. I dont have any documents that me and my husband are legally separated. what is the best thing or the fastest way I can do to marry my bf. Please help.

You have to get a legally divorce paper in the Philippines, otherwise, it is impossible for you to make marriage registration in China. After you get the Divorce Paper, then go to a local Notary Office in the Philippines to get the Single Certificate, then go to Department of Foreign Affairs in Philippines to apply for authentication of your Divorce Paper and Singale Certificate, at last, go to China embassy/consulate in Philippines to apply for authentication of the 2 documents.
