About:China Visa on Arrival

I am Indonesian. Can somebody tell me how to reach shenzhen from Hong Kong airport? What is the most efective transportation? Btw, I just want to make sure whether I can get a visa on arrival or not (I'll be there on Sunday, 16 Jan 2011)?

I guess that you can get a visa on arrival at the Luo Hu port of Shenzhen on 16 Jan 2011, the visa policy is returned to normal in January
