Very easy. From Jordan, you could take the metro of Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm) to Tsim Sha Tsui or Sheung Wan. From the former station, you could walk to the China Hong Kong City Ferry Terminal to take a ferry to Macau. At Sheung Wan, there is the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal which also operates ferries to Macau 24 hours round the clock.
