Based on the steepy terrain, the rough narrow road and simple transportation tools, I think the problems are the ways of obtaining the large quantity of materials and the transportation of the materials and grain.

The worker had to finish there work on time and if they delay the construction they would be executed the problem that it was winter and not one block of stone was carried from the mountain
