About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

Hi, my wife and I will be taking the overnight soft sleeper from Beijing to Harbin. We will both have two suitcases each. Are we able to store all four suitcases in the cabin with us or will we need to check some? In addition, is there a fee for checked luggage?

It depends on the weight of your suitcases. Usually, one adult passenger is entitled to carry 20kg baggage for free. And there would be some charges for the checked luggage. About the specific fees, you would better consult the staff at the train station by yourself.
